“When I started training with Chris in February of 2005 I was in decent shape. I was committed to exercising but wanted to
“step it up a notch”. At 38 years of age and a mother of three young children, my goal was to loose a few pounds and feel stronger. Not only did Chris help me accomplish my goals but created new goals for me and set me on a path that has made being fit and healthy an absolute mainstay in my life.

The lifestyle changes that I have made in the past year are a direct reflection of what I have learned from Chris. I have
increased my aerobic activity, (I run and bike) I am more muscular and lean through strength training and I have even
changed my diet and eating habits.

At first, one might find being trained by an elite cyclist to be somewhat intimidating. Chris however, is so excited and
devoted to helping others that his own stature and accomplishments never interfere with the job he does for his clients.
If anything his wealth of knowledge as an athlete only makes him a better source of information. Chris is what he preaches.
He is extremely focused and faithful to his beliefs about health, fitness and nutrition.

Chris develops workouts that are mindful, fun yet challenging. What I enjoy most about training with Chris is his level of creativity. He has taught me how to be more fit through a variety of methods. He creates stable and unstable environments
and continues to challenge me. He only needs a few items (stability ball, medicine ball, jump rope and a couple of dumbbells)
to give me a great full body workout. I find training with Chris to be motivating and I appreciate how he believes in me and

"My body, and my life for that matter, have improved drastically since I started training with Chris Gagnon.  I don't train
Chris once, twice, or even three times a week, Rather, we train together six times a week! Before you dismiss this
testimonial as being given by some totally crazy exercise fanatic, let me tell you the rest of my story.

I am a 41 year old mother of three, who has always despised exercising, although I never had a "weight problem", I have been disturbed by my poor posture and lack of good muscle tone for my entire life. To make matters worse, I am just about the most unathletic and uncoordinated person you will ever meet! Over the past twenty years, I have
made many unsuccessful attempts to incorporate a physical fitness program into my life, either by joining a health club
or by working with a trainer. I was never motivated to stick with it - never!

I initially forced myself to do two 1/2 hour sessions per week with Chris. However, I found myself "craving" more,
meaning more weekly sessions, and with a greater intensity. I started feeling stronger and even taller (remember my poor posture has plagued me forever!). As I continue this path of frequent, high-intensity workouts with Chris, I am
proud to tell you that my body has taken on some pretty nice definition and my self-esteem has similarly soared!

Chris has formulated an incredible (demanding, yet doable) program customized for my body, my long-term goals,
and my life, He has a uniquely keen sense of what each client is capable of achieving in each session, getting
maximum output without risk of injury. It is clearly apparent that Chris puts careful thought and care into planning
each session. Every session is appropriately rigourous, fresh and different, with a focus on carefully chosen body
parts and daily goals.

Chris is truely the first person to ever motivate me to embark, continue and even be excited about a consistent
and rigorous exercise routine. He is 100% engaged and focussed on you, the client, for every minute that you train
with him, and is ytour partner every step of the way. Chris and I are both invigorated with a sense of pride and
accomplishment at the end of each session and as we reach other training milestones.

Let me end by saying that I really do look and feel better than I ever have in my life. As I entered my 40's, I decided
to challenge myself to get in shape. However, I never would have dreamt that I could push myself this hard and actually look forward to it every day! Chris has supported and motivated me to fight back against the "mid-life" blues
and even body issues that have bothered me my whole life. Chris and I are in this together and I know I could
never find a more enthusiastic, competent, creative trainer. Did I forget to mention that Chris is always in a good
mood? There are other trainers out there, but I know that Chris is one if thise "rare finds" in life and I am grateful to
