Enjoy the accountability and convenience of having a trainer come right to your door for a workout session in complete privacy! Equipment is not needed and age is not a factor. I work with a lot of mothers and also work with a lot of youth athletes or young teens who need improved coordination and body awareness. And of course, as an athlete myself, I enjoy training endurance or sport specific individuals looking to improve their focus and their game.

Adult Personal Training (SPRING SPECIAL - 2 FREE Sessions for ALL NEW Clients!)
For stay-at-home mothers or dads looking to regain their body after having children or trying to increase their current fitness lifestyle. This is 90% of my clientele. Many of you have home gyms in your home but will never touch the equipment unless someone tells you what to do. Tie that in with nutritional guidance and minor lifestyle changes, then we have a plan for success!
Adult (Group) Personal Training
All the same services as above with the added comfor of having one or maybe two friends joining alongside you! This also makes it more affordable for people on a specific budget.
Specialized Sports & Conditioning
If you are an serious competitor or even a weekend warrior that needs help setting up a program to build a better game, then I will come to you and help you reach your goal. Cyclists, runners, and triathletes welcome.
Youth Athletic Training & Conditioning
I have seen a dramatic increase in youth training recently, and most of them come to me by their parents to improve coordination and self confidence issues. Working with your son or daughter at home, outside, or field of your choice is a great way to get them outdoors to work on body awareness and athletic performance.
Customized Online Programming
These programs are custom designed for the individual who may know what they are doing in the gym and want a program developed for them on a monthly basis, or perhaps you are a business traveller who needs constant workout program ideas while away on your trip. This can be coupled with in-home training as well to maximize your program.
Pre & Post Natal Fitness Programming
